The Brand Marketing Manager drives customer advocacy and maximizes sales by identifying and developing brand marketing strategies for high-level marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns and environmental signage and décor. This includes identifying business and customer needs, as well as, developing marketing plans that drive effective customer communications. The Brand Marketing Manager reports to Manager, Marketing Brand Management.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • serving as a single point of contact for assigned business units to develop marketing strategies
  • ensuring alignment of communications plans and creative design solutions with marketing strategies and evaluating results against established goals
  • developing and integrating marketing strategies that maximize sales for business units and strategic business initiatives
  • managing the marketing components of innovation and development for private label products, such as Publix Brand, Publix Premium, and Publix GreenWise
  • identifying research needs, engaging resources for research execution, and identifying and communicating implications of findings to business partners
  • supervising Associate Brand Marketing Managers and Brand Marketing Coordinator on assigned project work
  • driving Marketing innovation and quality improvement
  • managing special Marketing assignments

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or Mass Communication from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • at least three (3) years of experience in marketing strategy development or brand management
