Wada oversees all of Private Brand Development & Brand Management, Consumer Research & Insights, Category Management & Planning, Sales Promotion/Communication, and Packaging Design. Koji has led a range of roles across Aeon and Daymon starting as a U.S. based International Management Associate at Meijer in 2005 after completing his MBA. 

Aeon Topvalu Co. Ltd. operates as a private brand developer for the Japanese retailer Aeon. The company plans and develops private brand food, clothing, pet products, housing, leisure products and home appliances. Aeon Topvalu provides their products through its group stores.

Topvalu offers a wide range of products from dry and fresh food, household commodities, cosmetics, beauty care, etc., managed according to strict Japanese standards, ensuring safety and complete compliance.
