The US Hardlines Accelerator team is looking for a customer-obsessed, growth-minded Sr. Product Manager to help drive new product and brand development on some of the most exciting categories at We’re looking for that rare rockstar who is both scrappy and strategic, who can develop a 3-year plan for a large business while also rolling up their sleeves and getting the critical little things done every day. In this role, you will be in charge of:

  • Developing the vision and strategy for the Accelerator business across a large portion of US Hardlines. You will own Retail GL leadership engagement, strategy reviews, and global stakeholder alignment
  • Rapidly identifying new opportunities to grow and scale quickly while delivering high-quality products
  • Managing and large and growing business, identify and pull critical levers to improve topline and bottom line performance
  • Designing and implementing new processes to help scale the business.
  • Identifying new product development opportunities and bringing them to market.
  • Coordinating product development across international, cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about products, have strong product development and process design skills as well as outstanding project management abilities. S/he should excel in both strategic thinking and tactical execution, as responsibilities range from creating business plans to driving product development. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a very entrepreneurial environment. The Sr. Product Manager will interact with and influence multiple teams across the organization (US and global).

  • 6+ years in product management/ product development/ global sourcing/project management is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Global Supply Chain
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
  • Strong analytic skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative to develop product strategies.


  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with home furnishings or private brands in other retailers
  • Experience in marketing, brand management, brand development, consumer insights at a consumer packaged goods company, or experience working closely with those functional areas
  • Academic and practical experience with a wide array of new product, sensory, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
  • Strong analytic skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative to develop product strategies.
